The business started in 1976 placing accountants into permanent positions in the UK. While recruitment is a cyclical business, the Group's strategy has been to expand both geographically, both nationally and internationally, and in the professional disciplines in which it sources candidates. Additionally the business has expanded into providing candidates on a contract, interim or temporary basis.

The Group's growth is entirely organic with a strong emphasis on utilising experienced employees to start new offices, disciplines and country openings, creating long term career opportunities for our staff.

The Group's track record since 1976 demonstrates the long term success of this strategy. The Group has always been profitable throughout a number of economic downturns and has continued to expand in these downturns. It is today a geographically diverse group, operating and recruiting across a wide range of specialist disciplines.
